This past week I flew down to Palm Beach to shoot the latest Mestiza campaign with Louisa. It was a whirlwind 36 hour trip where we photographed Spring and Summer 2022 in the scenic tropical haven of La Coquille and the Eau Resort.

This time we really wanted to tell a story with the clothes, from cozy pajamas to epic ball gowns, all an homage to the vintage beach photograph’s of Slim Aarons.  We styled and imagined the collection to evoke the effortless glamour of the 1960’s, which has always been the ultimate fountain of inspiration for my Mestiza designs. This season’s major storyline revolves around sunshine colors and textures, bold and optimistic silhouettes that can be transformed to be worn from the comfort of your home to your chicest cocktail party.
