Hi! I am Arielle Siboni, Fashion Director of RTW at Bloomingdale’s and mom to two toddlers, Reed & Miller.

My first job in the fashion industry was an internship at Teen Vogue in the Accessories Department. I loved it so much I stayed for 2 years! From there I went on to hold various jobs within the industry including working at Scoop & Next Models. After college, I worked in finance for a bit but missed fashion so much. I applied for the Bloomingdale’s Executive Program and have now been at the company for 10 years! Prior to being the Fashion Director, I was a Buyer in RTW.

For Fall & Winter I am loving oversized shearling coats, trousers, loafers, and knee high boots. For Spring, I am looking forward to mermaid inspired styles so everything with shells, crochet, paillettes and ombre.

It’s always crazy, but it is one of the most fun parts of the job. I obviously cant fit in every appointment but I have a great assistant and Buyers who help me cover all of the major trends and buys.

Finding new brands that I am drawn to is always inspiring, and reminds me that there is endless creativity in this world.

I cant give too much away but I am super excited about a collaboration we have in the works & some pop ups we are doing next Fall.

I try really hard to maintain a balance but most of the time that isn’t the case. I try to be home by dinner & bath time so I see the kids every day and working from home has definitely helped that. I thankfully have an amazing husband who helps out a lot, especially when I am traveling for work.

I think having a point of view and a strong sense of identity is really important. Know what you stand for and what void your line is filling in this world of overconsumption.
